2025 the year of the Chinese?

Third and final part of the exhibition in Milan and this time - 3 new Chinese adventurers with a capacity of 800 cc.




Voge DS800 rally

The first is the Vega DS800 Rally and is equipped with a parallel twin engine, with a capacity of 798 cc and 94 hp.

18 and 21" tubeless rims with fully adjustable Kayaba shocks. The seat height is 85 cm, relatively low for adventures of this size, the ground clearance is also 22 cm respectively, and the wet weight is 213 kg.

The Veg comes with traction control and ABS with multiple off-set options. It is styled like a modern rally/adventure bike and has a combat look that looks very close to the Tenere 700.

An interesting question that arises is why Vogue is launching an 800 cc model when there is already a Vogue 900 Adventure on the market. I assume they want to enter the bustling intermediate segment with a vehicle of suitable volume and much lower weight whose off-road capabilities are higher. At the right price, it certainly has a place in the Israeli market despite the tight competition. It is not yet known when it will arrive in Israel or what the expected price is.

CF Moto 800 MTx

Next in line is the CF MOTO 800MTx,

The big brother has a displacement of 799 cc and produces 92 hp. It has standard 21 and 18" spoked rims, but it is not known whether it is tubeless or not.

A 22.5-liter fuel tank, a seat height that varies between 83 and 87 cm, and a wet weight of 220 kg.

Don't be alarmed by the weight, the CF's fuel tank is located at the bottom of the motorcycle, just like on the larger KTM models, so on paper the weight is high, but in reality its center of gravity is at the bottom, so it's less noticeable and easier to ride off-road.

The new CF Moto comes with fully adjustable 48mm front shocks, with 230mm of front and rear suspension travel. The manufacturer of the shocks is not specified, and we can only assume that, like the smaller 450, the shocks here are from KYB.

It has a 7" TFT screen and LED headlights, and in terms of controls it has traction control, ABS, and Curved ABS. I didn't find too many details about it, and I assume it's equivalent to Cornering ABS.

The third and final Chinese one

Its full name is SRT800RX, its engine capacity is 799 cc, which produces 94 hp.

It comes with 140/70-18 and 90/90-21 rims, its seat height is 83 cm and the belly clearance is 21 cm, two excellent parameters for short riders. And pay attention to its weight - 198 kg. According to the Chinese, this is a wet weight, but as always, we will be smarter after it reaches the market and real-world measurements are taken.

The SRT800 has the look of a combat adventure bike, it is relatively narrow in the middle but a bit wider at the top, probably because of the fuel tank, which suggests that its center of gravity will be at the top. It has a high front wing and a front with a single LED headlight in the center. It comes with an adjustable windshield and folding mirrors, just like the ones we saw on the CF Moto 450.

In Israel, you can already find a vehicle with the same volume as the QJ Motor, but it is too heavy and less suitable for off-road use. The price of this model is almost 54 thousand NIS, and if the new model comes to Israel at a similar price, it will be very competitive, especially for beginner riders.
